CROSBY LOFTS 102 WEST MAIN - HEATING AND COOLING INSTRUCTIONS

• Your room has two independent systems for summer and winter, which are separately controlled. Only one will be in use at any time.

• During colder months the radiators will heat your room. They are controlled by the wall-mounted Honeywell thermostat. Simply select your preferred temperature using the plus and minus buttons.

• During warmer months, the radiators are turned off, and the Samsung electric "mini-split" unit (mounted high on the wall) will provide both heating and cooling. It is controlled by the Samsung handheld remote. We recommend using the "Auto" mode.
